This paper aims at finding obstaccles to IPS studens QH2014 in learning listening skill from which some of the implications are drawn for the students as well as teachers. The participants are randomly chosen 45 IPS students QH2014 who come from different universities in Vietnam National University. Data is collected through a survey of 12 questions
